Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to optimize financial systems, support close processes, and drive automation. The role collaborates with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams to improve controls and data integrity in a hybrid North County San Diego environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance systems or ERP, experience with SOX/compliance, and strong analytical and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Finance Systems, ERP, or Financial Applications experience.
• Experience supporting accounting and finance operations.
• Exposure to SOX, controls, or audit environments.
• Strong analytical, systems, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance financial systems, configurations, security, and reporting
• Support month-end close, controls, audit, and compliance activities
• Lead system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency, controls, and data integrity
