Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) in New York, NY, seeks a Senior Analyst to support finance & reporting. The role blends core accounting with data analysis, dashboards, and process improvements in a hybrid setting with three days in office.

You will work across reporting, data quality, controls, and automation, partnering with finance, accounting, and tech teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting.
• Financial services experience required.
• Strong understanding of accounting and reporting fundamentals.
• Experience with complex data and resolving discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Excel; exposure to SQL/Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support internal/external financial reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Assist with close activities, variance analysis, and quarter/year-end reporting.
• Prepare audit support and documentation.
• Reconcile complex data sets across sources.
• Build/improve reports and dashboards with Excel/SQL/Tableau/Power BI.
• Identify data quality improvements and automate processes.
• Contribute to reporting, systems, and finance process projects.
• Partner with finance, accounting, audit, and technology teams.
