Financial Systems Lead Our client, a growing company in the med device sector, is seeking a Financial Systems Lead to support and optimize core financial systems during a period of scale.

Location

San Jose, CA. This position is fully onsite.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for strengthening system structure, improving process flow, and ensuring data accuracy across key finance and operations workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong NetSuite expertise, enjoys building scalable processes, and can partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the organization's primary financial system following a recent or ongoing implementation
• Own and maintain end-to-end financial and operational workflows within the NetSuite environment
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure systems support day-to-day operational and reporting needs
• Maintain data accuracy and governance across core system records and reporting structures
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support management decision-making
• Document system processes and support training and user enablement
• Assist in system scaling efforts as new products, customers, or operational complexity are introduced
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve system-driven workflows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting and administering an ERP system in an operations-focused environment
• Strong understanding of core business processes across order management, inventory, and financial reporting
• Experience partnering with finance, operations, and commercial teams
• Ability to build or maintain operational and financial reporting
• Comfortable working onsite and operating independently in a growing environment
