Job summary

EverCommerce Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Finance Systems (Quote-to-Revenue) to support and enhance our financial systems across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.

You will design, configure, and integrate Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL, ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition. The role requires seven years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Revenue Value Streams.
• Experience with Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
• Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL.
• Familiar with Data Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware like Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft.
• Ability to elicit and translate complex business requirements into detailed specs and data mappings.
• SOX controls and GAAP/IFRS/ASC 606 familiarity.
• Proficient with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance financial systems within Quote-to-Revenue ecosystems, focusing on O2C and revenue value streams.
• Design, configure, and integrate Zuora modules with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL.
• Document business requirements and translate into functional specs and user stories.
• Perform testing, deployment, and maintenance to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Lead data mapping, reconciliation, and data quality improvements across integrated systems.
