Job summary

EverCommerce is hiring a Business Systems Analyst – Finance Systems (Quote-to-Revenue) for a fully remote role in the United States. You will support and optimize the company’s financial systems, with emphasis on O2C and revenue streams, integrating Zuora with Salesforce and NetSuite GL.

• Seven (7) years of experience in billing/finance systems roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize finance systems across Quote-to-Revenue (Q2R).
• Configure and integrate Zuora CPQ, Billing, RevPro with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Document requirements, data mappings, and user stories for system improvements.
• Ensure SOX compliance and accurate revenue recognition using ASC 606/IFRS 15.
• Lead testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for financial systems.
