Job summary

AIG's Summer Interns in Finance participate in a 9-week program from June 7 to August 6, 2027, gaining hands-on experience across Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership, Tax, Accounting, and more. Interns join a finance team, learn through masterclasses and senior leadership discussions, and build professional connections through mentoring circles and networking events.

These in-person opportunities require four office days per week; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2028.
• Available for the complete Summer Internship Program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
• Internship is in-person, requiring interns to work in the office at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide key reporting and analytics support, review business performance, drive planning and forecasting efforts, and build operating budgets.
• Perform controllership activities that deliver required AIG consolidated financial reporting, provide tax advisory, planning, accounting, compliance, and analytics for all types of taxes.
• Improve financial management systems and information, contribute to process improvement or savings initiatives, and participate in finance projects.
