Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze claims and data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to support objectives and project execution.
• Monitor claims activity and respond to inquiries to ensure accurate payments and cost management.
• Promote consistency and best practices across the organization.
