Job summary

American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Summer Intern in the Human Resources department to gain hands-on experience across HR programs, compensation, and talent management. You will work closely with HR professionals to support initiatives, analyze data, and contribute to a high-performing workplace.

This 9-week in-person program runs June 7 to August 6, 2027. Eligible candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with expected graduation by June 2028 and be available

Responsibilities

Support HR programs and initiatives across partner areas such as Compensation and Talent & Performance Management.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to advance people priorities.
Analyze workforce and HR data to identify insights and inform decisions.
Assist with HR activities including compensation programs, talent initiatives, and workforce planning.
Contribute to cross-functional HR projects aligned with business priorities.
