Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly capable Contract Recruiter to support Finance and Strategic Finance recruiting at Crusoe. You will own end-to-end recruitment for roles from mid-level to director, partner with senior leaders, and build strong pipelines with proactive sourcing.

This six-month contract may extend or convert to full-time based on business needs. You will manage high-volume requisitions and coordinate assessments and negotiations to scale our finance hiring efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Finance/Strategic Finance.
• Proven track record hiring quota-carrying and customer-facing roles.
• Able to run senior/complex searches end-to-end with limited support.
• Strong sourcing, including passive candidate outreach.
• Assess success factors across Finance functions: business acumen, technical fluency, client empathy.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers at director level+.
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and data-driven.
• Experience keeping detailed ATS documentation and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Business Operations and Strategic Finance roles from mid-level to director.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, not just an executor.
• Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing across talent pools.
• Run intake sessions, design interview processes and role-appropriate assessments.
• Screen candidates, provide updates, and lead compensation negotiations.
• Manage a high-volume, high-complexity requisition load with minimal oversight.
• Keep pipeline data and notes current in the ATS for leadership visibility.
