Job summary

Crusoe's Spark is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for a broad set of roles that drive the Spark project, including technical GTM and business operations.

This six-month contract requires an autonomous recruiter who can manage senior stakeholders, run complex searches end-to-end, and deliver high-quality results with strong communication and relationship-building skills. On-site, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical GTM roles.
• Proven ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches end-to-end.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools.
• Ability to assess for technical fluency and customer-facing skill.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including director-level and above hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Data-driven with recruiting metrics and market trends to guide strategy.
• Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM, business operations, and planning roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders as a strategic advisor.
• Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Run intake sessions and design role-appropriate assessments.
• Screen for technical depth and customer-facing skill.
• Conduct candidate interviews and lead compensation negotiations.
• Manage high-volume, high-complexity req load independently.
• Keep pipeline data and notes current in the ATS.
