Job summary

Charles Schwab in Southlake, TX is seeking a Finance Manager to provide direct financial oversight and decision support for Advisor Services. This individual contributor will build forecasts, analyze variances, and partner with leaders to translate data into actionable insights.

You will own financial planning, ad-hoc analytics, and reporting, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive efficiency, improve reporting, and strengthen decision-making as business priorities evolve.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
3–5 years of FP&A or similar experience.
Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

Build deep expertise of the Advisor Services business and serve as a thought partner.
Develop and maintain financial plans with detailed forecasts.
Explain monthly, quarterly, and annual variances to budget and forecast.
Create client analytics and reporting to inform investments and allocations.
Assess financial impact of new initiatives and investments.
Communicate a finance point of view to leadership.
Drive process efficiencies across business and finance.
