Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis leadership experience, including responsibility for driving financial outcomes at the profit-and-loss level
• Experience analyzing financial and operational drivers, developing forward-looking assumptions, and explaining material changes in business performance
• Experience using SQL, Python, data-querying tools, financial systems, and driver-based financial models
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning and analysis for Wealth Advisory offerings (Schwab Wealth Advisory and Schwab Advisor Network).
• Lead a team responsible for forecasting, analytics, financial modeling, and complex business cases.
• Turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior leaders to understand performance and inform decisions.
• Strengthen driver-based planning, improve reporting and forecasting processes, and develop a high-performing team.
• Collaborate across Wealth Advisory Finance, Central Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Product Management.
