Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis leadership experience
• Experience analyzing drivers, forward-looking assumptions, and explaining material changes
• Experience using SQL, Python, data-querying tools, and driver-based models
• Demonstrated experience coaching finance professionals

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning and analysis for Wealth Advisory offerings
• Lead a team responsible for forecasting, analytics, and financial modeling
• Turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior leaders
• Collaborate across Wealth Advisory Finance, Central Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Product
• Strengthen driver-based planning and reporting processes
