• 10+ years in financial services with investment analysis experience.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-team consulting organization serving Schwab clients.
• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across advisory disciplines.
• Partner with Wealth, Product, and Retail leaders to drive growth and client outcomes.
• Translate complex investment concepts into actionable guidance for advisors and clients.
