Qualifications

• CFP certification is required.

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning, advisor consulting, wealth advisory, or related field.
• Ability to apply Research Analysis to evaluate complex planning topics and investor needs.
• Strong Written Communication to translate research into clear, practical guidance for advisors and clients.
• Demonstrated Cross-Functional Collaboration with product, technology, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and shape Schwab’s perspective on key planning topics.
• Translate complex insights into clear frameworks, educational programs, advisor guidance, and client-facing resources.
• Collaborate across product, technology, and business teams to identify needs, solve planning challenges.
