You will build models and deliver analysis to help leadership understand drivers, risks, and opportunities. This role partners with Business Operations, Data, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, and HR; lead month-end close, present insights in business reviews, and ensure data integrity with AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in FP&A or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Ops to validate assumptions.
• Ability to identify financial trends and escalate insights to leadership.
• Proven accuracy in financial close, variance analysis, or reconciliations.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage end-to-end financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products.
• Build driver-based financial models across revenue and expense lines.
• Investigate financial and operational data to surface trends and opportunities.
• Lead month-end close for coverage areas and ensure data integrity.
• Present financial analysis during business reviews with clear recommendations.
