Job summary

Veritext is seeking a Finance Specialist (Corporate) to manage client accounts, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments. You’ll contact delinquent accounts, review AR balances, and prepare daily reconciliation reports to support accurate billing and cash flow.

The ideal teammate is assertive, organized, and detail-oriented, with solid Excel basics and strong written and verbal communication.

• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues and maintain prompt, accurate resolutions.
• Review total AR balances for each client and collaborate across regions to accelerate payments.
• Meet or exceed collection call quotas for assigned accounts.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with colleagues to ensure prompt payments.
• Adhere to established collections policies and procedures.
• Active participant in phone queues.
• Handle higher value and more complex clients.
