Accenture is seeking a Solution Advisory Senior Manager for Finance RP Americas to drive pursuit strategy and generate opportunities across the Americas. You will lead content development across offerings, industries, and ecosystems while engaging with senior market leaders to shape strategic messaging.

You will also oversee CFO engagement activities and collaborate with global teams to share best practices and accelerate pipeline growth in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent 12+ years’ work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm, or 14+ years in finance function roles.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with market, offering, and industry leaders across the Americas to shape pursuit strategies and generate opportunities.
• Lead content development across offerings, industries, geographies, ecosystem partners, methodologies, and emerging topics; create narratives where gaps exist.
• Support priority pursuits with tailored messaging, strategic perspectives, and client-ready materials while maintaining the Americas content repository.
• Lead CFO engagement activities, including CFO Labs, roundtables, and early-stage opportunity development to drive pipeline growth.
• Support ecosystem go-to-market efforts by developing partner-specific narratives and pursuit content.
• Collaborate with EMEA and APAC Solution Advisory teams to share content, best practices, and pursuit learnings.
• Partner with Americas leadership and the Global Solution Advisory Lead to prioritize initiatives and support evolution of the function.
