Accenture is seeking a Solution Advisory Senior Manager for Finance RP Americas to drive pursuit strategies and generate opportunities. You will lead narrative development across offerings, industries, and ecosystems, while engaging CFOs to expand the pipeline in a global, matrixed organization.

You will partner with Americas leadership and Global Solution Advisory to prioritize initiatives, develop client-ready materials, and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; minimum 12 years work experience
• Minimum of 10 years consulting experience at a top-tier firm, or 14+ years of finance function experience (a combination is preferred)
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with market, offering, and industry leaders across the Americas to shape pursuit strategies and generate opportunities
• Lead content development across offerings, industries, geographies, ecosystem partners, methodologies, and emerging topics
• Support priority pursuits with tailored messaging, strategic perspectives, and client-ready materials
• Lead CFO engagement activities, including CFO Labs and roundtables to drive pipeline growth
• Collaborate with EMEA and APAC Solution Advisory teams to share content and best practices
• Partner with Americas leadership and the Global Solution Advisory Lead to prioritize initiatives and support evolution of the function
