Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Senior Supervisor (M3) for the Naval Power’s AEGIS Sustainment portfolio. You will manage direct reports, oversee financial operations, and mentor the team in a fast-paced DoD/FMS environment.

The role focuses on EAC development, program performance analysis, and collaboration with control accounts, PM, and leadership teams to drive informed decisions. Candidates should have EVMS certification or plan to certify within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience; an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years is also acceptable.
• Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems.
• Experience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC Process.
• EVMS Certification or achieve EVMS Certification within 6 months of hiring.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Interfacing with Control Account Managers, Program Management, and the Integrated Product Leadership Team; ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Analyze program performance using PRISM tools and assist with baseline development for new awards.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Support review and forecast of bookings, sales, earnings and cash to Financial Planning.
• Summarize contract level inputs for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Contribute to cross-functional teams with emphasis on financial implications of decisions and improve finance processes.
• Handle ad-hoc requests (RFIs, UCA proposals).
