Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Finance Segment Manager to lead financial analysis, planning and data mining for designated business segments.

You will support FP&A Finance/Segments and coordinate with Operations, Accounting, IT, and Sales to deliver timely, insightful analyses and robust reporting. The role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who can manage multiple projects, present findings to senior leadership, and coach junior staff while ensuring controls and accuracy across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 6+ years in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Workday/Adaptive Insights preferred.
• PowerBI preferred.
• Programming or relational DB design/query preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close activities and P&L reviews.
• Analyze data to identify drivers and communicate findings to leadership.
• Lead cross-location projects and coach junior staff.
• Ensure controls and audits of operations.
