Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Finance Segment Manager to lead financial analysis, planning, and data mining for assigned business segments. You will support FP&A Finance/Segments and coordinate with Operations, Accounting, IT, and Sales to deliver results and drive timely, actionable insights.

The role involves monthly closes, P&L reviews, and coordinating cross-functional analysis with senior leadership. Strong technical and collaborative skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance required.
• 6+ years in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Workday and Adaptive Insights at intermediate level preferred.
• Programming/relational database design/query intermediate preferred.
• Microsoft PowerBI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage financials of assigned accounts/product lines, including monthly close, P&L review, accrual analysis, revenue reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data, communicate results to upper management, present close results and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Lead various projects spanning one or multiple locations.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to lower level professionals.
• Conduct periodic audits of operations to ensure controls are in place.
