Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• 6+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Workday and Adaptive Insights knowledge a plus
• Programming/relational database knowledge a plus
• Microsoft Power BI preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage financials of assigned accounts/product lines including monthly close, P&L review, accrual analysis, revenue reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Consolidate, prepare, and analyze data; coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT and Sales; present close results and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Lead various cross-location projects and provide coaching and delegation of work to staff.
• Conduct periodic audits of operations to ensure internal controls are effective.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
