Job summary

Vista Bank is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and accuracy of external financial reporting, including SEC filings and regulatory reporting. This role requires 5+ years of public accounting or SEC reporting experience and a strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

The selected candidate will also manage compliance with accounting standards, maintain internal controls, and collaborate with senior leadership. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience and/or SEC reporting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement disclosure requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of external financial reporting.
• Monitor evolving accounting pronouncements and regulatory reporting guidance.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
