Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support financial operations for a 517-unit Garden community in Birmingham, AL. This role focuses on accounting, reporting, and maintaining financial records to ensure smooth property performance.

You will handle daily rent collection, bank deposits, vendor invoices, and reconciliations, using Yardi or OneSite to record and report activity.

Qualifications

• Accounts receivable and payable processing
• Monthly close and financial reporting
• Rent collection and deposit reconciliation
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/OneSite) preferred

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, fees, and payments and posts them to resident accounts
• Processes invoices and payables and reconciles vendor statements
• Reconciles bank accounts and prepares financial reports
• Reviews resident files for delinquencies and coordinates collections
• Assists in supervising on-site operations and maintenance tasks
• Supports leasing and resident relations as needed
• Ensures compliance with company policies and eviction procedures
