Job summary

Republic Finance in Wilmington, NC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to begin a clear path to management. You will go through an 18–24 month paid training program and then lead your own branch with relocation support on promotion.

You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loans, educate on products, and guide applicants through the process, while developing and mentoring a team to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and guide loan applications.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales plan execution.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis and support credit decisions.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience and promote company values.
