Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing for voluntary products; relocation is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and originate loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and debt consolidation options.
• Assist with loan applications, closings and payment reminders.
• Help recruit and train staff and develop plans to meet sales goals; promote core values.
• Relocation is provided for promotions into Branch Manager roles; support growth within the company.
