Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting completed by May 2027 required.
• Prior related internship experience required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete up to five rotations over a 24‑month period across Finance and other functions.
• Gain exposure to cost, compliance, FP&A, and Commercial Finance.
• At program end, placement in a finance role based on business needs and strengths.
