Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC invites a high-potential finance talent to join its Finance Rotational Career Development Program. You will develop cross-functional competencies through up to five rotations over 24 months, reporting to finance leadership and preparing for future leadership roles.

Starting June 7, 2027 with a 3.0 GPA, you will gain exposure to FP&A, cost, and commercial finance, with a path to a finance position at Johnsonville based on business needs and your strengths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting completed by May 2027 required.
• Prior related internship experience required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete up to five rotations over a 24-month period across cross-functional Finance areas.
• Exposure to areas outside Finance such as Operations, R&D, or Marketing.
• Placement into a finance role after program based on business needs and strengths.
