Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC. invites driven graduates to join its 24‑month Operations Rotational Career Development Program in Sheboygan Falls, WI.

You’ll rotate through Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FSQ, and Maintenance while building leadership, process excellence, and problem‑solving skills. You’ll complete a Lean Six Sigma certification and, upon program completion, be placed in a Johnsonville role aligned with your strengths and the company’s needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by Spring 2027 required.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Prior manufacturing/operations internship experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Travel: About 15–20% of your time; willingness to relocate is required.
• 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5 rotations over 24 months across Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FSQ, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering.
• Each rotation offers robust assignments highlighting cross-functional value across Johnsonville.
• During the program, you will complete a Lean Six Sigma certification.
• At the end of the program, you will be placed in a Johnsonville role based on strengths and business needs.
