Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC. invites applicants to join a Finance Rotational Career Development Program in Sheboygan Falls, WI. The program runs 24 months with up to five rotations, including a year in Finance and a second year outside Finance chosen with a coach.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting by May 2027 is required, with internship and leadership experience preferred. Upon successful completion, participants are expected to transition into a finance role within Johnsonville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting completed by May 2027 required.
• Prior related internship experience required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through up to five assignments over 24 months, across Finance and other functions.
• Experience in cost, compliance, FP&A and Commercial Finance during finance rotations.
• After completion, placement in a finance role aligned with business needs and strengths.
