Job summary

Johnson & Johnson offers a Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a 30-month rotational program designed for recent graduates to develop into finance leaders. You rotate across multiple finance domains and gain hands-on experience through structured training and coaching.

The program includes two rotations (18 months + 12 months) at U.S. locations and opportunities for CMA/CPA certification, with base pay around $81,000 and bonus potential. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or fifth-year master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related business field.
• GPA 3.0+ and leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, Word) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete five weeks of program training across the year.
• Two rotations: 18 months first rotation, 12 months second rotation across Johnson & Johnson businesses and locations.
• Pursue professional certifications such as CMA or CPA and gain broad finance experience.
