Unknown Firm is seeking a Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney in Dallas, Texas, hybrid—3 days in office. The role involves handling high-stakes financial disputes with sophisticated clients in a nationally integrated team.

Candidates should have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, Texas Bar in good standing, 3–5 years of litigation at a top firm, and experience in financial services or restructuring litigation. Strong writing and advocacy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated firm.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting legal documents, discovery and depositions, trial preparation, and motions practice.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines, filings, and client communications.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and advocacy abilities, written and oral.
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal/state courts and arbitration.
• Manage complex matters from pre-suit to trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop case strategies, including discovery planning and execution.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions and briefs.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to execute case strategy.
• Provide timely, practical litigation risk management advice.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
