Job summary

CHEMTREC, a subsidiary of the American Chemistry Council, seeks a Finance and Reporting Manager in Falls Church, VA to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role partners with senior leadership, drives performance insights, and supports close processes.

Strong experience in NetSuite, Ramp, and Vena is preferred; CPA is a plus. Expect visibility, collaboration with ACC finance, and a path to broader leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance required.
• 3 years minimum; 5–7 years preferred in FP&A or finance with leadership.
• Experience with Ramp or similar AP systems and NetSuite ERP.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with department leaders.
• Develop monthly performance reports and variance analyses for executives.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including revenue/AR analysis.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist the annual financial statement audit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, IT, and Commercial teams.
