Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting/FP&A experience (7+ preferred).
• NetSuite ERP experience.
• Vena or similar reporting system experience.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.

Reporting to the Controller, this role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a growing organization, serving as a trusted business partner to senior leadership. Strong visibility across the org, with involvement in month-end/year-end close as backup to senior accounting staff.
