Job summary

CHEMTREC in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Finance and Reporting Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis. You will collaborate with ACC leadership, provide actionable insights, and support close processes, audits, and strategic initiatives.

The role offers visibility across the organization and partnership with various teams, aiming to optimize financial performance and governance while advancing leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, data science or finance.
• 3–7 years of progressive accounting/FP&A experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience using Ramp or similar AP/purchasing card systems, NetSuite ERP, and Vena.
• Experience in budgeting, internal financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong MS Excel skills and excellent written/oral communication.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting with department leaders.
• Develop monthly financial performance reports, metrics, and variance analyses.
• Partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights for growth.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close including revenue and receivables analysis.
• Coordinate audit deliverables and ensure GAAP compliance.
