Responsibilities

Scan, upload, and organize electronic and physical files.
Track and update department subscriptions, memberships, travel acknowledgements, and travel credits.
Draft communications for supervisor review and assist with purchase order closeouts.
Assist with project-related financial reporting and analysis.
Process accounting transfers and corrections with supervisor guidance.
Draft tables, charts, and process documentation for supervisor review.
Assist with paid invoice maintenance.
