Job summary

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) offers an internship in Fiscal Management and Project Support. The intern will assist with grant-related administrative processes, organize files, perform data entry, and help prepare financial documents for project reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be attending an accredited college or university in a degree-seeking program during employment.
• No prior work experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan, upload, and organize electronic and physical files.
• Track subscriptions, memberships, travel acknowledgments, and travel credits.
• Draft documents for supervisor review and assist with closeouts and financial reporting.
• Process accounting transfers and corrections with supervisor.
• Prepare tables, charts, and process documentation.
• Support paid invoice maintenance.
