Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to oversee financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative. The role sits within the Project Management department and requires leadership of a small team of financial analysts.

The candidate should have substantial experience with government finance systems (including SAS), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years supervisory/management experience in financial systems.
• Proven ability to interact with clients and attorneys.
• Ability to manage multiple complex time-critical support activities simultaneously.
• Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS.
• Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment, office automation, databases, and servers.
• US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Undergraduate degree; law degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
• Perform and oversee financial and procurement services.
• Maintain frequent contact with Government Case Managers and DOJ staff.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Oversee a small team of financial analysts.
• Conduct QA to ensure high-quality work delivered on time.
• Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases.
