Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Finance Project Manager to oversee financial and procurement services for a large federal initiative. The role involves guiding workflows, supervising analysts, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications include 4+ years in financial systems management, SAS expertise, strong communication with clients and attorneys, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Four years of progressive supervisory/management experience in financial systems.
• Proven client and attorney communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, time-critical tasks simultaneously.
• Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS.
• Knowledge of government data processing environments and PC-based databases.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
• Perform and supervise financial and procurement services.
• Maintain frequent contact with Government Case Managers and DOJ staff.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Supervise a small team of financial analysts.
• Conduct QA to ensure high-quality work delivered on time.
• Train staff on entering/updating data in proprietary databases.
