Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to oversee financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative. The role involves coordinating with DOJ staff and Government Case Managers, ensuring processes are followed, and guiding a small team of financial analysts.

The position emphasizes quality assurance, data integrity, and training staff on proprietary databases. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust are required.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, time-critical support activities.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
• Perform and oversee financial and procurement services.
• Maintain frequent contact with Government Case Managers and DOJ staff.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Oversee a small team of financial analysts.
• Actively QA high-quality work delivered on time.
• Train staff on data entry in proprietary databases.
