Job summary

CGS, also known as Contact Government Services, seeks an experienced Finance Project Manager to oversee financial and procurement functions for a major federal initiative based in Baltimore, MD.

You will manage a small team of financial analysts, ensure compliance with procedures, and liaise with DOJ agency staff and government case managers. The role requires strong supervisory experience, excellent writing and oral skills, and the ability to handle multiple complex tasks on schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in financial systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and attorneys.
• Ability to manage multiple complex and time-critical activities concurrently.
• Familiarity with government data processing environments and office automation.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
• Perform and supervise financial and procurement services.
• Manage a small team of financial analysts and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide active QA to ensure on-time, accurate work.
• Train staff on data entry in proprietary databases.
