Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, operations, client service, executive support, or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Salesforce or comparable CRM/project management system experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong reporting, documentation, and process improvement capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track multiple projects, deadlines, deliverables, and action items across various business functions.
• Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate project execution and communication.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, follow-up actions, and documentation.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage project workflows, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and data integrity.
• Oversee due diligence requests, investor communications, reporting requirements, and transaction-related documentation.
• Monitor project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, templates, SOPs, and workflow processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping, document management, version control, and compliance with internal standards.
• Support business development, investor relations, transaction coordination, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare regular project status updates and provide leadership with visibility into priorities, deadlines, and workload distribution.
