The Intersect Group is looking for a highly organized Project Manager responsible for coordinating multiple projects, client engagements, and operational initiatives within a financial services environment. Manages project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and workflow processes to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet business objectives.
Job Responsibilities for the Finance Project Manager
- Manage and track multiple projects, deadlines, deliverables, and action items across various business functions.
- Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate project execution and communication.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, follow-up actions, and documentation.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage project workflows, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and data integrity.
- Oversee due diligence requests, investor communications, reporting requirements, and transaction-related documentation.
- Monitor project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and elevate issues when necessary.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, templates, SOPs, and workflow processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping, document management, version control, and compliance with internal standards.
- Support business development, investor relations, transaction coordination, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare regular project status updates and provide leadership with visibility into priorities, deadlines, and workload distribution.
Job Requirements for the Finance Project Manager
- 3+ years of project management, operations, client service, executive support, or related experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Salesforce or comparable CRM/project management system experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong reporting, documentation, and process improvement capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
