Qualifications

• Exceptional understanding of GAAP and accounting principles; ability to explain to clients.
• 5-10 years in small to mid-sized firms; management experience in multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to create client reporting beyond standard formats.
• Willingness to train teammates on software platforms.
• Strong budget summarization and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to convey financial information clearly to non-financial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client meetings and organize next steps.
• Act as go-to resource for launches and special projects.
• Share learnings and create Insource content for peers.
• Inform team about task status and client news in a clear manner.
• Serve as thought partner to CEO/ED on financial strategy.
• Present financial analyses to boards or executive staff.
