Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Finance Project Manager in New York to lead diverse initiatives across finance, operations, and technology upgrades. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and planning to execution and post-implementation review.

The role requires 5+ years in cross-functional project management within a finance-centric enterprise, with strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance programs and PM frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience in a finance/accounting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• Experience with regulatory/compliance initiatives and financial system deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects across finance, compliance, and operations with strategic impact.
• Scope multi-phase initiatives, set timelines, allocate resources, and track milestones.
• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to post-implementation review.
