Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Significant experience in project controlling, project finance, or project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Experience with large-scale projects within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or related industries preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to influence business leaders through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project controlling, including project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis
• Partner with project managers and operational leaders to monitor project performance and improve financial outcomes
• Develop and maintain project financial models, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
• Analyze project variances and provide actionable recommendations to improve margins and operational efficiency
• Support contract reviews, risk assessments, and change order analysis from a financial perspective
• Drive forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management across project portfolios
• Provide management with timely financial reporting and strategic insights to support decision‑making
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting capabilities
