Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience conducting studies and analyses related to department programs with planning, coordination, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Supervisory aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program planning, development, and implementation with partners from public, private, or community organizations.
• Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, other employees, and the public; coordinate contracts and grants.
• Conduct studies and analyses of agency services and operations.
• Draft and revise policies, procedures, and program goals/objectives.
• Monitor vendor contracts and ensure compliance with contract provisions.
• Prepare budgets and grant applications; participate in budget hearings.
