MBK Senior Living is seeking a Business Office Director to oversee the community’s accounting, HR operations, payroll, and regulatory compliance. You will align with the Executive Director and Corporate teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, staffing, and process improvements in a hospitality-driven environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and strong HR/payroll and accounting knowledge.

Qualificações

• Strong working knowledge of HR, payroll, and accounting requirements and protocols.
• Ability to manage front desk, concierge, and administrative processes with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the administration of the community accounting functions including accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and management reports.
• Oversee resident billing, collections, and vendor payments and maintain resident files.
• Coordinate payroll, labor reporting, and benefits administration.
• Lead talent acquisition, including postings, interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
• Provide coaching and performance management for front desk/concierge staff.
• Partner with Executive Director and Corporate on legal issues and vendor relations.
