Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Business Office Director to keep the community financially and administratively on track. You will collaborate with the Executive Director to manage accounts, payroll, vendor relations, and budgeting while guiding a Concierge team and maintaining resident and staff files.

The role emphasizes accurate clerical, accounting, and HR support to residents, associates, and leadership, with a focus on compliant processes and positive community life.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting or related discipline and a minimum of two years’ experience in bookkeeping or office management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist with recruitment and selection of associates and budgeting goals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and billing operations and process purchase orders.
• Set up and maintain vendor files and communications.
• Support departments in meeting operating budget goals for the year.
• Lead a team of Concierge associates.
• Set up and maintain resident and employee files according to regulations and policies.
• Manage petty cash transactions and reimbursements; oversee computer systems and program operations (AP, Payroll, Billing, Work Orders).
